We want every reader to feel confident when purchasing from Holy Word Press. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns under the guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.
To qualify for a return:

You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returned items must be in brand new, unread, and sellable condition.

Books must not show any signs of use, marks, writing, bent pages, or damage.

All items must include any accessories, inserts, or bonuses that were originally included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of our customers and our limited-run editions, some items cannot be returned:

Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, downloads, and bonuses)

Products returned in used or damaged condition
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email:
Include the following:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return

Photos (if applicable)
We will provide your Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send the item(s).
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your return does not meet the condition requirements, we may either decline the refund or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your original purchase (with authorization) and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
Email us within 24 hours of delivery at support@holywordpress.com with photos, and we will make it right immediately.
